I used to stay in other hotels while travel to raigarh. First time I stayed here. Its nice experience. The staff behaviour is good. Food quality also ok. The rooms are not so hi-fi but ok. Little pricy compare to location. They have WiFi, pickup facilities. Overall worth to stay.

This hotel is located at Jindal road and is at outskirts of Raigarh. The property is huge with ample space for parking, big Hall and lawn. There are sufficient rooms on the 5 floor of the hotel. The check in was quick. The room was good in size with twin bed. The room was neat and clean and The linen to was clean. The bathroom size was also good. The bathroom too was clean. The interior of room was very average. The room was equipped with window Airconditioner, fridge and tea maker. Poor quality of toiletries were provided. 1000ml of bottled water was given complimentary. The staff training is not good and the staff looked inexperienced. The food quality was good. The overall stay was comfortable.

Hotel is good. Staff is supportive.check in & check out response time is fast. Breakfast is good but variety is not there. Food quality is not so good. Rooms are good, neat & clean. Overall it's a good hotel to stay with limited budget.

Hotel and restaurant for comfortable stay at RAIGARH.Both vegetarian and non veģetarian food available. There is rare continental food available.Good place to host party of approx 200 to 300 people.No bar at the Hotel.

The property is good, rooms are good BUT Service is terrible. Nobody listens to your complaints. They keep water in used Kinley bottles, so beware not to consume them by mistake. We ordered 6 bottles of Kinley water, after many reminders got 3 ! When asked, why 3 while order was for 6? The reply was, we thought 2-3 bottles would be enough for you ! Their kitchen closes at 11 pm sharp, so if you are arriving after this time better take dinner or bring it packed from somewhere else. Early morning tea is not available. Manager is not accessible. While checking out, bell boy does not arrive to take the luggage so you carry your luggage on your own.
